Conservation, Resource and Development, Inc. (CRD) and its principals in the past decade have been assessing municipal water needs, and developing strategy, formulating policy/practices, and putting the required technology, process, and people infrastructures in place.

We also began laying the legal foundation necessary to ensure our timely success for both our immediate and long-term goals. 

Our relationship with municipalities and their officials, along with county representatives, and state and federal officials, has helped in the acceptance of our proposed water rights program. 

Our core values such as integrity, ethics, professionalism, and long-term focused teamwork with all municipalities, and a commitment to improvements with clear and honest communication, and a realistic sensible approach to compliancy which has helped us to develop into a structured organization with the vision and strength to succeed through our alignment with you.

Giving the timing of the changes at the state and federal levels to allow these processes to move forward. We at CRD, assumes all responsibility for the formal acquisition of all land parcels and water rights, as well as for negotiating long-term contractual agreements with municipalities that use Public Development, Inc.
